Owners and Directors

Hi, we are Vikki and Nikki, joint owners of Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Chesham. We have both worked in the Banking industry for over 10 years, across very different sectors – Vikki has a Digital Marketing and Design background whereas Nikki has experience in Finance and Operations. Whilst building our careers, we have also been building our families and both have two beautiful children.

When we returned to work after having children, investing in good quality childcare for them was key for us. They all attended a Monkey Puzzle setting, and having witnessed first-hand the high standard of care they received, inspired us to want to invest into the Monkey Puzzle brand. This seemed the perfect opportunity to fulfil our dreams of being business owners and working together, getting the support we need from an experienced childcare provider and being able to provide the same opportunity our children were given to flourish, strive and build a solid foundation to their early years development.

In our spare time, we are both active gym-goers. Nikki enjoys reading and is extremely fond of cooking and baking and has recently found an interest in crafts. Vikki has trained and qualified as a hair and beauty stylist, she free-lances and has an active social media presence. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her nearest and dearest.
